Gaur Eye Hospital

The first step was taken by the Gaur Eye Hospital was in 1990 when the hospital conducts an eye camp in Gaur, the headquarters of Rautahat district.

Then it was estimated the needs of the eye hospital for the people of that place. So, for the permanent solution of the eye care Chairperson of AOCA, particularly took the initiative to establish an eye care center at Gaur.

Under the leadership of NNJS, the Gaur Eye Hospital was established in 1997 and was also supported by Narayani Eye Care Project (NECP).

125 bedded hospital imparts the best eye care service to the patients from the eastern part of Bara and Rautahat districts and western part of Sarlahi district as well as some places of India like Motihari, Sitamadi, Kushinagar, Shivher, Darbhanga, Gopalganj, Dhaka, Baliya, and more.
